General Guidelines

Our general guideline is each child will receive 3-4 items from their wish list as well as 1-2 outfits, pajamas, socks, underwear, if needed.

We ask each family about their specific needs.  If the family is in need of winter coat(s), snow pants, snow boots, etc, we will fulfill those needs as well.  In addition, we ask if the family is in need of a holiday meal.

Suggested budget per child is $150, winter coat, snow boots and snow pants are additional budget.

These are general guidelines only.  Every child has specific wish list items and we do the best we can to ensure they get some special items, within our budget.  Please feel free to ask us for more information.

Operation Elves is totally transparent in how we operate.  We do protect the identity of all families we assist.  So while we have a list, and we’re checking it twice, we never share recipient information with anyone but the Head Elves.
